NRCPFC: Digital Stories From The Field

The National Resource Center for Permanency and Family Connections has convened a group of family partners who have been working in their states through the initial demonstration Systems of Care grants. They represent family leaders and agency practitioners. Six of family partners share their stories representing birth families, adoptive families, and agency practitioners. They courageously share their stories to help promote family engagement
