Preparation for Adulthood – Supervising for Success was a three year curriculum development and training project funded by the Children’s Bureau Discretionary Grants Program - ACF/DHHS. The goal of the project was to develop, implement, evaluate and disseminate a training curriculum for public child welfare supervisors. This curriculum uses a learning circle format and is guided by five competencies. Learning circle two relating to youth as resources rather than just recipients of services in the child welfare system provides a discussion guide, resources and on-the-job activities.
