The AARP Foundation provides this resource to connect grandparents or other relative caregivers to support programs, groups, resources, and services (national, state and local). Some resources include grandparent resource centers, children and family services, respite programs, children and youth clubs and programs, support groups, and many more.

AARP GrandFacts
These national and state factsheets from the AARP Foundation were developed for grandparents and other kinship caregivers raising children, including census data as well as key state and local programs and resources that may be of help. Fact sheets also provide information on foster care policies and services, public benefits and financial assistance, education assistance, and state laws.
